Blackwing is a modular blockchain that enables liquidation-free leverage trading for long-tail assets via a novel construct called Limitless Pools. By taking advantage of recent advancements in modular infrastructure and using Initia as a foundation, Blackwing allows users to seamlessly leverage trade assets from any chain — all without compromising decentralization.

The company is growing rapidly, and we're looking to add a Senior Product Designer to help us create a delightful yet highly functional trading experience.

Qualifications:

• Passionate about crypto, DeFi, and the industry overall. Designing for crypto requires a different mindset. 
• Able to iterate fast and deliver prototypes quickly, but also polish and deliver high-fidelity experiences when necessary.
• Excel in a startup environment with high ambiguity, a fast pace, and changing priorities. 
• Able to work across multiple design disciplines: product UI/UX, graphics, animations, and content. 
• Communicate and articulate your thoughts quickly and clearly with a remote team. 
• Have shipped a product from 0 to 1 in the past.
