This role will partner closely with our facilities, HR, and customer operations teams to own the day to day administration for our fast paced offices. We are looking for someone who has a positive attitude, can adapt quickly to change, and has a passion for detail and organization! What You’ll Be Doing

Greet all visitors and maintain a professional look of our Reno office including upkeep of conference rooms and meeting preparation Maintain the inventory of office supplies including stocking our kitchen and reordering groceries Support our operations team and serve as the local liaison to building management for maintenance concerns Assist in organizing and planning office and team events  Receive mail and deliveries, scan and upload important documents and send mail to other offices in a timely manner Assist with ad-hoc requests and projects as needed 

What We Look For

Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field. Must be a junior or senior in college. Ability to commit to 6 months. 1+ year in an Office Administration related role preferred. Ability to lift 25 lbs required. Ability to work  in our Reno, NV office Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and positive demeanor. Excellent organization skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

For CO, NY, CA and WA residents, the compensation range for this position is $18/hour. Actual compensation may vary based on individual candidate experience and location.
