We currently have an opportunity here at Binance as a HR Intern to join for a 6 months period. This is an exciting opportunity where you will have the chance to support in a number of teams including CoinMarketCap, PR, M&A and BD. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of tasks within a dynamic and global HR team and have a chance to learn from industry experts.

The key responsibilities for this role include:

• Providing support on data maintenance in HR systems and run monthly reports (e.g. HC or training budget). 
• Work with cross-functional team members to ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day HR operations, e.g. coordinating new hire onboarding.
• Responding / re-directing staff inquiries regarding HR policies, employee benefits, and other HR-related matters.
• Participate in company events and team meetings. 
• Work on other ad hoc matters as and when required.

Key requirements:

• Currently pursuing a degree in HR or related fields of studies.
• Patient and sensitive with data.
• People focused and a real team player.
• Good English communication skills in both written and oral.
• Critical thinking skills and a quick learner.
