The Engineering Manager role is responsible for playing a key role in the development, drive and delivery of software solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and support career development for the members of your team.
• Help grow the team through mentorship, empowerment, and by challenging them to do their best work.
• Find, hire, and develop great humans that complement each other as a team.
• Facilitate technical design discussions, remove blockers and align stakeholders.
• Inspire an atmosphere of continuous improvement by serving as a coach, mentor, and technical advisor.
• Provide technical expertise throughout the product life cycle including design, implementation, and delivery of scalable build/test/release infrastructure.
• Create the next generation developer tooling and infrastructure for Infura, focusing on productivity, testing, and release.
• Collaborate with leadership and key stakeholders on a regular basis.
