About the Opportunity
As part of the Growth Product Group, the Onshore Growth Product team focuses on driving user growth in our local markets under regulatory framworks including Brazil, Europe, Turkey and more. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to join our team. You'll be responsible for leading the development and execution of our first global membership product. You'll be working closely with cross-functional teams, including product management, engineering, marketing, local business teams, to identify and prioritize growth opportunities, conduct experiments, and measure results. Additionally, you'll play a crucial role in contributing to the overall expansion and development of our global markets, leveraging the local teams' insights and resources.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Be part of the fast-growing onshore growth product team in driving local markets' user growth and customer lifetime value.
- Design and develop customer loyalty & rewards products from scratch that deliver world-class experience for OKX's global customers.
- Co-design the membership rewards with local and global stakeholders including staking, trading, payment and growth product teams, as well as premium crypto & life>Define product roadmaps, success metrics and lead execution, and deliver exceptional user experiences by applying comprehensive research and data-driven methodologies.Own end-to-end development of new products and new loyalty relationships, from business case ideations to productization.Work closely with our high-performing engineering team to develop quality products and services by defining detailed product specifications.Partner with the local market business teams and product operations teams to drive the product's global adoption and growth.
What We Look For In You
- Experience in growth products from world-class consumer tech companies, covering loyalty, rewards or membership features, with solid understandings in growth logic and various growth indicators.
- Solid understanding of the full product development lifecycle, ability to write high-quality PRD and deliver simplicity yet competitive product design.
- Proven project management skills and the ability to communicate effectively with business, design, & engineering teams to resolve any project obstacles.
- Strong self-learning, logical thinking, and cognitive ability, with the ability to handle pressure and work in a fast-paced work environment and in a dynamic industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with global teams.
- Proficient in data analysis and performance metrics, and able to communicate results using data;
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field (e.g. engineering, statistics, business, marketing)
