Lead / Senior Product Manager - Exchange (Institutional)
Job Responsibilities
- Lead, plan, execute and maintain the Exchange’s Institutional roadmap, focusing on:
- A. Institutional User Experience:
- Build, iterate and optimize a best-in-class trading UX/UI and workflows for institutional and professional traders
- B. Institutional Product Suite:
- Crypto-As-A-Service
- Line of Credit
- OTC RFQ & ESP
- API trading connectivity and features
- Commercial Custody (interim)
- Feature and Product Definition:
- -Define features and product outcomes by leading and actively documenting product specifications and requirements
- Collaboration with Development Teams:
- -Provide product outcome direction
- -Work closely with lead developers to develop technical solutions
- -Share guidance with QA engineers to ensure comprehensive test plans
- Roadmap Management:
- -Manage the roadmap backlog
- -Ship products and features in a timely manner
- Engagement with Business and Sales Teams:
- -Facilitate user studies through client meetings and interviews for product feedback
- -Iterate on feedback to ensure user needs are captured and prioritized appropriately
- Prioritization of Initiatives:
- -Prioritize initiatives and projects effectively
- -Weigh necessary trade-offs for optimal outcomes
- Market Awareness:
- -Stay close to market and industry trends
- Cross-Functional Representation:

Job Requirements
- At least 8 years of product management experience, with a domain knowledge of exchange / Institutional trading / prime brokerage platforms is preferred
- A data-informed work >

- Experience shipping and iterating on successful Software or Financial products at scale
- Demonstrated leadership, taking initiative and producing results
- The ability to collaborate well with designers, engineers, QA, Marketing, compliance, growth
