What You'll Be Doing:
- Applying AI-driven anti-fraud solution in the crypto industry is unique and challenging. You will be part of CEO Office - Growth Risk Team to design, implement and manage AI products in the anti-fraud and growth domain of OKX as AI product manager.
- To understand business needs of stakeholders, especially in the risk control domain, and come up with end-to-end machine learning/AI solution design that is effective, practical and robust in resolving anti-fraud and growth challenges.
- To closely collaborate with data scientists, data engineers and backend developers to timely implement and deliver AI models as services.
- To define success metrics for AI products, design and conduct AB tests for performance evaluation, and implement monitoring mechanisms for performance tracking and anomaly detection.
- To conduct research together with AI teams on applying cutting-edge techniques in the crypto industry and lead experiments on resolving real challenges.
What We Look For In You:
- Strong foundation in machine learning and AI, minimal 3 years experience as AI product manager or machine learning engineer or data scientist is required. Solid knowledge of statistics, traditional machine learning and deep learning techniques.
- Good product management skills with past experience in designing and applying AI solutions to achieve business objectives.
- Experience in designing and building risk control products and strategies in crypto or financial or other IT industries.
- Willing to working in a fast paced environment, with competing resources and priorities. Ability to navigate through ambiguity to advocate for resources.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills; ability to translate product solutions into clear and actionable plans for both developers and business owners.
- High proficiency delving into the technical product, system and implementation details. Able to engage with engineering beyond just product and user experience needs; willing to roll up sleeves and design scalable and extensible solutions.
- Data oriented - identifying, defining, tracking and acting upon impact metrics. Experience identifying KPIs and working with engineering and analytics on instrumentation and monitoring.
- Rich experience of collaborating with cross functional teams to deliver complex projects with multiple dependencies and constraints in a highly dynamic environment.

- Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical discipline
