Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Product/Project Manager to oversee the development and launch of new products within our open-source interoperability framework. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of crypto markets, oracles, interoperability, and cross-chain communication, coupled with extensive experience in product management, coding, design, or data analysis.

DIA is a blockchain oracle platform that provides DeFi application data. Our mission is to enable a safe and efficient DeFi ecosystem by delivering price data for any asset on any chain: transparent, trustless, and verifiable.

DIA pioneers a new approach towards sourcing and delivering data. Instead of aggregating opaque third-party sources, DIA sources first party data directly from around 100 decentralized and centralized trading venues. This approach enables web3 projects to effortlessly power their applications while getting a full picture about where the raw data is sourced, how it is computed and delivered and enabling them to swiftly react to dynamically changing market situations.

Responsibilities

Product Development Oversight:

  • Lead the development and launch of new products, ensuring alignment with our open-source oracle for every chain framework.
  • Focus on enhancing developer tools, consumer UI, and documentation to improve user experience.
Task Management and Sprint Planning:

  • Scope and assign engineering tasks, create and manage tickets.
  • Ensure timely completion of work by assisting in running Sprints and Sprint Planning meetings.
  • Play a pivotal role in work prioritization and resource allocation.
  • Closely collaborate with developers of the team.
Product Roadmap and Strategy:

  • Collaborate with the lead PM to contribute to the product roadmap and strategy.
  • Set vision and outline experience flows, integrating feedback from customers and developers.
  • Ensure that customer and developer feedback is effectively incorporated into the product development lifecycle.
Stakeholder Interaction:

  • Engage with customers and developers to understand their needs and translate them into actionable product requirements.
  • Communicate product needs and updates clearly to developers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders.

  • Proven experience in product management, with a track record of successfully launching and managing technical products.
  • Ability to contribute to product strategy and roadmap, and effectively manage the product lifecycle.
  • Experience in coding, architecture design, or data analysis to effectively communicate with and understand the needs of the development team.
  • Ability to scope and prioritize engineering tasks, ensuring alignment with product goals.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical requirements into clear, actionable tasks.
