• Experience in a similar senior executive leadership role.

• Strong operational background with an understanding of best practices around organizational process design, measurement, and management
• Self-motivated and creative problem-solver.
• Proficiency in long-term planning and budgeting.
• A true believer and passion for decentralization
• Excellent leadership skills with a deep network with the Blockchain industry
