About this role
We are looking for a Front-end Developer to join Syntropy on a permanent basis and act as the main point of contact for front-end web development.
You will work together with our Technical, Product, Marketing, Growth and other teams to build, maintain, optimize, and help design Syntropy’s web properties, providing new capabilities to the web users.
What you’ll be doing:
- Work with cross-functional teams to build, improve and maintain Syntropy’s webpages.
- Work with the Design team to convert designs into deployable websites.
- Solve complex problems and implement designs following industry best practices using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Actively contribute your ideas for website improvements, finding solutions to challenges you come across, with accompanying sitemaps, flows, and wireframes as necessary.
- Keep your skills up to date, continuously learning and upskilling.
- Deliver clean code, maintaining design, UX and brand requirements throughout the development process
- Ensure web implementations adhere to privacy and security compliance rules and regulations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a front-end role focusing on web development
- Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
- Preferably, you have experience with Webflow
- You should know what a good web UX design and conversion best practice looks like.
- Understanding of responsive web design. Experience developing for multiple browsers, devices, and screen sizes.
- Experience with React would be a big plus.
