Required Qualifications
5+ years of frontend development experience with demonstrable impact and ownership.
Deep expertise in React, TypeScript, and the broader modern frontend ecosystem.
Proven experience architecting and scaling complex frontend systems across multiple domains or products.
Strong grasp of performance optimization techniques, state management strategies, and responsive design principles.
Experience leading technical initiatives and mentoring mid-level and junior engineers.
Strong DevOps mindset—familiarity with CI/CD, monitoring tools, error tracking, and automated testing.
Comfortable operating in high-ambiguity environments and navigating trade-offs in a fast-paced, evolving space.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of cross-functional alignment.
Familiarity with blockchain technologies or strong motivation to gain expertise in the domain.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Web3 development: wallet integrations, dApp UX, or smart contract UIs.
Exposure to protocol staking mechanics, validator flows, or DeFi primitives.
Familiarity with SSR frameworks (e.g., Next.js), GraphQL, or modern API paradigms.
Understanding of containerized and cloud-native frontend deployment patterns.
Passion for UX craft and accessibility; ability to partner effectively with UI/UX designers.
