About Us

As we scale, weāre looking for mission-driven engineers to help us develop and maintain the internal systems that empower our Compliance, Asset Management, Asset Acquisitions, and Finance teams.
What Youāll Do
As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining internal tools and platforms that streamline operations and support data integrity, workflow automation, and cross-team visibility. Youāll work closely with key stakeholders across multiple departments to understand their needs and rapidly deliver solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement scalable web applications usingĀ ReactĀ (frontend) andĀ Node.js / GoĀ (backend ā pick based on your stack).
- Architect and maintain serverless infrastructure usingĀ AWSĀ (Lambda, API Gateway, DynamoDB, RDS, S3, IAM, etc.).
- Build internal dashboards, admin tools, and integrations to support:
- Compliance:Ā KYC/AML monitoring, reporting workflows, audit trails.
- Asset Management:Ā Property performance tracking, maintenance logs, yield calculators.
- Asset Acquisitions:Ā Deal pipeline tools, due diligence trackers, ROI models.
- Finance:Ā Payment tracking, ledger tools, reporting dashboards.
- Ensure a high level of data security and role-based access controls.
- Write clean, testable, maintainable code and documentation.
- Collaborate with product owners, designers, and business stakeholders to deliver high-impact tools.
What Weāre Looking For
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- Proficient inĀ React.js, REST APIs, and modern frontend tooling.
- Solid backend experience withĀ AWS servicesĀ and serverless architecture.
- Familiarity with database design (SQL and NoSQL).
- Ability to turn business problems into technical solutions quickly and effectively.
- A strong sense of ownership and attention to detail.
- Experience working with internal stakeholders across teams is a big plus.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in real estate tech, fintech, or Web3 environments.
- Familiarity with authentication flows (OAuth, SSO, JWT, etc.).
- Experience with data visualization tools or libraries.
- Prior experience building internal tools or admin panels.
