Role Description
As a Developer Support Specialist, you’ll be the go-to technical resource for developers building on Phantom’s embedded, mobile, and browser extension wallets. You’ll troubleshoot complex issues, guide developers through integration challenges, and advocate for improvements that enhance the developer experience. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of engineering, support, and developer advocacy.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary escalation point for Level 2 developer support requests.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to wallet integrations, blockchain metadata, and token display.
Collaborate with internal teams to prioritize and advocate for developer-facing features and fixes.
Engage with the developer community to gather feedback and foster positive relationships.
Contribute to and improve technical documentation and resources for developers.
Train and enhance support AI systems with accurate technical information.
Customer/developer support ticket handling
Qualifications
2–3 years of experience in developer support, developer relations, or a similar technical role.
Proficiency in React and React Native development.
Strong understanding of blockchain technologies, particularly Solana and EVM-compatible chains.
Experience reading and interpreting data from block explorers and blockchain metadata.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on clarity and empathy.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple support requests effectively.
