Remote Recruiter Jobs in Web3

Hype Talent is the recruitment arm of Hype. We work with leading web3 companies to help them recruit top talent. We have big plans for 2023 and aiming to grow into the largest web3 recruitment partner. As part of this effort, we’re looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to help us grow the Hype Talent brand. 

This role will involve working closely with the Hype Talent leadership team to help them shape their market operations. You will be responsible for delivering marketing campaigns that grow the Hype Talent brand and bring new clients to the organisation. 

Responsibilities:

• Own Hype Talent’s marketing efforts including social media, events, newsletters, and any other channel we decide to expand into

• Plan and oversee Talent’s content calendar in line with the company's marketing goals

• Sharpen our tone of voice and brand personality to become more appealing to companies seeking recruitment services

• Establish clear, measurable, and attainable KPIs from the outset, to be reported weekly, monthly, or as needed

• Continuously assess and iterate on our marketing strategy and execution to expedite growth

• Keep up with the latest news and trends, and find creative and insightful ways to take part in the conversation

• Identify opportunities to turn trends into marketing campaigns — and collab with our creative and sales teams to execute it

• 3+ years of experience working in marketing, ideally at a marketing agency or a service-oriented company

• 2+ years experience in web3 / crypto (bonus points for actively managing marketing and social media channels during this time)

• Experience with marketing (Hubspot) and social media scheduling tools (Sprout Social)

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond quickly to news and trends

• Resourcefulness, proactivity, and excellent communication skills

• Ability to craft sharp, concise, and engaging copy with flair

• Fluent spoken and written English is essential; other languages are an advantage

• Bonus points if you know your way around Photoshop and have experience writing long-form content (400-800 word range)
