We are seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and nurturing business opportunities, building strong relationships with partners and clients, and driving the growth of our organization. You will play a key role in expanding our presence in the market and ensuring the long-term success of our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage potential clients in the crypto space.
  • Engagement: Reach out to prospects via Telegram, Twitter, email, LinkedIn to initiate conversations and uncover business opportunities.
  • Market Research: Stay up-to-date with trends in the blockchain and crypto industry to identify potential targets and understand market needs.
  • Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of leads, ensuring regular follow-ups and nurturing.
  • Qualifying Opportunities: Conduct discovery with prospects to understand their needs and qualify them as potential customers for Bemo.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing teams to develop outreach strategies, share feedback on market conditions, and improve messaging.
  • CRM Management: Keep detailed records of interactions with prospects and leads in the CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and transparency.
  • Feedback Loop: Provide feedback on customer pain points, emerging trends, and opportunities to improve Bemo’s offerings and go-to-market strategy.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within the blockchain or financial technology sectors.
  • Strong understanding of DeFi principles and the TON blockchain ecosystem.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
