Position Overview: The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase awareness, engagement, and lead generation through social media platforms. This role requires a deep understanding of social media trends, content creation, and analytics to drive measurable results.

Who You Are:

  • You’re obsessed with social media and know IG, TikTok, and X/Twitter algorithms inside and out.
  • You are ahead of trends, memes, and viral moments and know how to make brands stand out.
  • You have 2-4 years of experience running brand social accounts (crypto, fintech, or tech a plus).
  • You are crypto-curious at a minimum, if not already a reply guy, deep in the trenches.
  • You’re creative, witty, and understand how to craft high-engagement content.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage & grow Cabbage’s social media presence across 𝕏/Twitter, Discord, and Telegram.
  • Develop and execute platform-specific strategies to maximize engagement and follower growth.
  • Ideate and launch viral content & campaigns that resonate with crypto and non-crypto audiences.
  • Track performance metrics and adjust strategies for continuous organic growth.

Requirements :

  • 2+ years of experience as a Social Media Marketing/Content Strategy/Content Management.
  • Need to have prior web3 experience.
  • Need to have managed active web3 twitter with engaging content and shit posting
  • Must have had prior experience building organic communities on twitter
  • Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for innovation.
  • Experience with brand and content marketing
