We’re looking to add a Senior Blockchain Engineer to our team. We are an early-stage startup based out of India and the US, with a global focus. Our team has world class folks from Pixar, Electronic Arts, the Berklee College of Music, Amazon and Sofar Sounds on board.

- You are self-motivated and can handle the changing world of Web3 on a day-to-day basis, with a solution-oriented attitude.
- You care about the larger business/ecosystem problems we’re trying to solve.
What you’ll be doing:
Core tasks:
- Develop overall smart contract architecture keeping in mind gas optimisation
- Develop and review smart contracts (ERC1155 contracts with royalty & splits, music-specific metadata and token gating features)
- Develop custom marketplace contracts to deploy on
- Ensure interoperability with other marketplaces
- Upgradability and proxy integration
- Work on utility tokens
- NFT gating: Lit protocol and associated uses, NFT gating on chain and off chain activities
- Multichain & cross-chain functionality
- Longer term: Work on DAO tooling and creation of the a.live token.
Integrations:
- Assist in User Frontend in React to interact with the contracts
- Integrate the front/back end where required.
- Fiat onramp/offramp
- Royalty management
- Auction payments management with fiat on/offramps
Tools you’ll be working with:
Web3: ERC1155, EIP712, ERC2981, 0xsplits,Hardhat, Solidity, Upgradable (proxy) and any others as it becomes relevant. Custom marketplace development on Moralis
Metaverse: Unity, three.js, React, Ether.js, Strapi, Nextjs
