This is a full-time remote position.
Responsibilities:
- Work with product and internal teams on a daily basis to drive product development and improvement
- Lead planning, coordinating, and discipline around the processes for testing, launching/rollout of features and products (e.g., execute A/B testing and measurement initiative)
- Ensure internal are ready with the resources, information and processes required to support new products (training, playbooks, documentation, resolution paths, FAQs, etc)
- Product planning for enhancements regarding Binance Academy platform/interface
- Respond to requests from internal and external stakeholders
- Support Product teams in troubleshooting and driving resolution of user issues
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in product operations, product management, program management business operations or consulting
- Strong interest and understanding in cryptocurrency/blockchain-related terminology is an added advantage
- Excellent communication, organizational, and project management skills are required
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and independently
- Experience building strong partnerships with product, data, marketing, and support teams
- Professional English written, verbal, and communication skills
- Fluency in additional languages is a plus
