The Team:

The Research team is a unique and cross-functional organization collaborating mainly with the distribution, product, and engineering teams. Education is at the core of our industrial research as we stand by free, open source and publicly accessible content and strongly believe information asymmetry contradicts crypto ethos and philosophy. More than 10,000 investors read our research notes and reports on a weekly basis; ranging from private banks, asset managers, professional traders, hedge funds, tier-1 media outlets, regulators, university professors, students and crypto researchers.

We provide data-driven, cutting-edge, contrarian and unique insights into the crypto markets and macroeconomic factors likely to influence the state of this industry or a specific sector.

We are looking to add a Research Coordinator to our growing Research team. This person should be capable of facilitating cross-divisional activities, supporting people and processes, delivering according to plans, and ensuring that the Research team is as effective as it can be.

Key Accountabilities and Scope:

• Helping identify and implement new opportunities that will grow research partnerships
• Designing and implementing business and operational processes to improve the Research team’s effectiveness
• Developing and managing research plans, tracking progress, and making adjustments as needed
• Keeping stakeholders informed, ensuring research activities are transparent and aligned with the rest of organization, providing updates on a consistent basis
• Performing analyses and research that help the team make better data-driven decisions
• Generating reports on research activity
• Organizing team work, agile ceremonies, workshops, events
• Owning all data management, including the CRM, important notes, and documentation

Skills and Experience:

• You have experience in a highly organizational and analytical role in fast-paced environments
• You love digging deep into the data and thinking from first principles
• You are a strong communicator and are able to break down complex topics into clear and easily understood concepts
• You are familiar with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
• You are proficient in Python and SQL
• You have excellent written and verbal English skills
• You have 2-4 years of work experience
• You are interested in crypto and data-driven industry research
