  • Develop tools for detecting and preventing attacks in blockchain ecosystems.
  • Conduct deep forensic analysis of blockchain transactions, logs, and smart contract behaviors to understand attack vectors.
  • Stay up to date with blockchain threat intelligence, emerging vulnerabilities, and new attack techniques.
  • Design tailored security solutions for dApps, protocols, and critical network components.
  • Proactively enhance security monitoring and threat detection for identified attacks.
  • Collaborate with product, development, and security teams to improve security posture.
  • Drive security research initiatives and contribute to industry-wide best practices.

Requirements

The right candidate:

  • Has at least 3 years of experience leading security teams, defining technical direction, and driving security strategies.
  • Has at least 5 years of hands-on experience in security research.
  • Has deep knowledge of low-level security vulnerabilities, exploit development, attack techniques, and mitigation strategies.
  • Experience in programming languages (Python, Rust,  C++, or similar)
  • Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and investigative skills.

Ideally experienced with:

  • Deep understanding of blockchain security risks, exploits, and forensic techniques.
  • Experience working with Starknet, Ethereum, or other blockchain networks.
  • Prior experience in a startup environment.
  • Strong technical writing skills for documentation and security reports.
  • Effective leadership, communication, and collaboration skills across teams.

This role is perfect for a hands-on security-focused leader passionate about blockchain exploit discovery, proactive threat detection, and mentoring the next generation of security researchers. If you're eager to tackle complex threats and drive security innovation in a fast-paced environment, we’d love to have you on board.
