We are seeking an experienced and passionate UI/UX Designer to create an intuitive and engaging interface for our platform. You will play a key role in shaping the user experience, ensuring ease of use and efficiency in user interaction with the CREA platform.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) for the Creative Catalyst web platform.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups reflecting the platform's functionality and design.
• Conduct usability testing and analyze results to optimize user experience.
• Develop a design system ensuring design consistency and scalability.
• Collaborate closely with the development team to implement design specifications.
• Create and maintain design documentation.
• Stay up-to-date with current UI/UX design trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer for 3+ years.
• Deep understanding of user interface and user experience design principles.
• Excellent proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
• Experience working with design systems.
• Ability to create clean, modern, and intuitive designs.
• Usability testing skills.
• Portfolio demonstrating successful projects.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Understanding of blockchain technology (a plus).
