Who we are

We need a skilled designer with strong UI/UX skills, and a love for product metrics, who enjoys working remotely. Interest in the crypto/DeFi space is essential.

Skills and Requirements

  1. 5 years as a full-time UX/UI designer
  2. Proficient in Figma
  3. Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in explaining design decisions.
  4. Portfolio showcasing a range of user interface, visual, and interaction design work
  5. Understanding of trading platforms or crypto exchanges is a big plus
  6. Be comfortable with practical, imperfect solutions when necessary

Responsibilities

  1. Create user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, user feedback, and usability metrics
  2. Manage the design system to simplify decisions
  3. Collaborate with non-design stakeholders, including project managers, engineers and support
  4. Create wireframes to test hypotheses
