Travel & Logistics Management

Book flights, hotels, and coordinate ground transportation. Track recurring London trips and associated budgets. Coordinate internal and external offsite meetings.

Compliance, Legal & Document Coordination

Promptly process daily NDAs via DocuSign. Coordinate notary appointments. Manage profile updates for licensing requirements.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

Experience: Minimum 3 years supporting teams/C-levels, preferably in tech/crypto. Skills:

Advanced English (flawless written/verbal communication). Proficiency in Google Suite, DocuSign, and collaborative tools (Slack, Signal, Telegram, What’s App). Familiarity with online travel booking systems.
