Responsibilities
- To establish a prop trading business with existing technical infrastructure working with various stakeholders
- Work alongside with quants to perform in-depth research in crypto market and implement sustainable buy-side strategies
- Ensure risks are properly managed while maximizing profitability
- Previous experience in trading firm/hedge fund/investment bank/exchange (8y+)
- Masters/PhD in Physics/Maths/Applied Maths/Statistics from top schools
- Strong mathematical thinking and numerical analysis skills. Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, with high attention to detail and excellent organization skills
- Energetic individual with desire to push the research in a new and unknown directions while maintaining clarity of purpose and take ownership of strategies and risks
- Solid trading track record in cryptocurrencies would be a big plus.
