Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate growth strategy to drive new user acquisitions and trading activity.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling promotional materials and campaigns for affiliates.
• Monitor program performance, analyze referral data, and make data-driven improvements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners and referral program participants.
• Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve program effectiveness
• Manage regional communities through clear communication in regards to our promotional activities
• Collaborate with various members in a cross-functional environment to streamline all growth endeavors

What we want you to have

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, referral program management, or a similar role, preferably in the crypto or financial industry.
• Strong knowledge of the cryptocurrency market and a passion for the industry.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to make informed decisions.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing software and tools.
• Able to communicate fluently and clearly in English, Korean and any other language is a plus
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
