Responsibilities

• Supporting Global Event Marketing team on all event related duties to include:
• Event coordination for both large and small scale events
• Provide on-site event support as needed
• Ticketing & guest list coordination
• Liaising with vendors
• Venue research
• Market research
• Ideating on social media engagement opportunities
• Tracking social media content from events Data entry and reporting
• Swag coordination

• Adaptive to flexible working hours and remote collaboration
• Proficiency in Google Workspace applications (Google Docs, Sheets and Forms).Previous experience in event coordination and planning

• Strong sense of self-accountability to set personal deadlines
