About the Opportunity
We are seeking a Business Analyst for Quant Platform to drive the design, development and delivery of new products. The successful candidate will be working closely with liquidity managers and engineers, and gain exposure to all trading strategies supported by Quant Platform ranging from delta-one to volatility products traded in orderbook, over-the-counter or de-centralized. It’s an unique opportunity for one to contribute his/her expertise and grow with the industry.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Work as project owner to make sure product feature / enhancement delivered in time.
- Gather and document requirements collected from liquidity manager and product owner for new products.
- Work with risk manager to understand risk monitoring of the new products.
- Conduct detail feature and risk analysis to facilitate technical design by engineering team.
- Track project actively during development, testing and launching
- Make sure the project progress and potential risks are reported to senior management
What We Look For In You:
- Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, computer science, or related field
- Solid experience in product management or business analyst, preferably in financial services or trading technology
- Strong understanding oftrading systems end-to-end logicin financial markets
- Experience with agile product development methodologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Fluent in both English and Chinese
