Long Tale Games (LTG) is a new gaming publisher with its own gaming platform.
Currently we are looking for Game Producer (senior level) for LTG with solid experience in game development sphere.
Responsibilities:
Experience in publishing/game
development in a relevant position
(managerial experience in general)
from 5 years;
Experience in coordinating teams (10+
people), including distributed teams
from 2 years;
Portfolio of released projects;
High independence in decisionmaking;
Understanding the mechanisms of
monetization of game projects;
Personal gaming experience, interest in games and new
technologies (blockchain);
Upper Intermediate English (written
and spoken)
Tasks:
Organization and coordination of the process of development, publishing, operation and further development of the game project;
Organization of team work: setting and distributing tasks among team members, synchronization and coordination of team work;
Control of deadlines and quality of tasks, prompt resolution of emerging issues, tracking progress/risks;
Participation in the selection, motivation and development of the project team;
Preparation of project documentation.
