As a Product Manager - Middle Office at Presto Labs
You will play a crucial role in building B2B flow business, such as execution, market making and structured product. Your primary responsibility will be to develop financial products with business developers and flow traders and act as a project manager of front-end software systems for client interface and onboarding
Responsibilities
- Setting goals and managing priorities and progress to maximize the business impact and ensure that the product and releases are launched on schedule.
- Develop further existing flow products and generate new product ideas.
- Collaborate closely with trading teams, software engineers, and senior management to understand requirements and implement efficient and scalable solutions.
- Act as a project manager to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Document software designs, specifications, and processes for future reference.
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in English.
- Experience in successfully launching a new service and enhancing the user experience through users' feedback and data analysis.
- Good understanding on financial products.
- Basic understanding on digital assets and web3 ecosystem.
- Basic understanding on coding and software development.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with trading teams, software engineers, and senior management.
- Project management capabilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
