HIRING: Web3 Collab Manager

We are looking for a talented and experienced Web3 Collab Manager to lead our efforts in building and maintaining strategic partnerships within the Web3 ecosystem. In this role, you will work closely with our community and business development teams to identify potential collaborators, negotiate partnership agreements, and manage ongoing collaborations.
We have nurtured an incredible community and relationships over the months, it's important for us to find someone who can share our core values.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential partners and collaborators in the Web3 ecosystem
- Negotiate partnership agreements and ensure that all collaborations align with our company values and goals
- Develop and implement a partnership management strategy that fosters strong relationships with our collaborators and supports the success of our joint initiatives
- Serve as a liaison between our company and our collaborators, communicating regularly to ensure that all parties are aligned and engaged in our joint efforts
- Continuously monitor industry trends and best practices to identify new opportunities for collaboration and partnership
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing collaborations and partnerships in the Web3 ecosystem
- Strong understanding of Web3 technology and the potential for its application in healthcare and wellness
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic startup environment
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to identify new partnership opportunities and drive collaboration
