Customer Success Manager

bloXroute is seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Success Manager in the APAC region to join our winning team. In this role you will be the primary point of contact for our customers ensuring they achieve their business objectives through bloXroute’s products and services. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the bloXroute Business team at a company with cutting-edge technology.  Part of this role will involve onboarding new customers, providing ongoing support, and driving customer satisfaction and retention.

Responsibilities

    • Guide new customers through the onboarding process
    • Conduct training sessions and educate customers on services and best practices 
    • Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries ensuring timely and effective resolution 
    • Understand customers’ business goals and provide strategic technical guidance 
    • Work closely with Engineering team on learning new services

Requirements

    • ​​3+ years of proven experience in customer success or a related role 
    • Deep understanding of blockchain technology, DeFi and the cryptocurrency ecosystem
    • Exceptional communication, collaboration and presentation skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers
    • Proven problem solving skills and proactive approach to addressing customers needs 
    • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
    • Fluency in English; proficiency in additional APAC languages
