Key Responsibilities

• Develop reporting and insight tools using Tableau
• Build and maintain data products to generate business insights and improve operational efficiency
• Work closely with various Business units to drive requirements for new reporting and insights and driving data driven decision making
• Work closely with Data engineering team to enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format
• Apply advanced analytical methods to solve business problems

• Graduate degree in computer science, mathematics, finance, statistics, economics, or other quantitative field
• Proven ability on data analytic, deliver actionable insights, and apply strong judgement to prioritization
• Great professional experience in analytics, business analysis or comparable consumer analytics position
• Experience in rolling out Tableau as Self-service solution for large number of users
• Ability to advise end-users in governance of Tableau as self-service analytics tool
• Strong analytical skills and ability to develop, and implement analytical data models and dashboards and reports using Tableau to enable customers to analyze data and make business decisions/ investigation
• Collaborate with end users and stakeholders to identify needs, goals, and business models
• Strategic thinker with ability to understand business strategy, provide consultative business analysis, and leverage technical skills to create insightful, effective BI solution
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Must be able to explain technical concepts and analysis implications clearly to a wide and senior audience, and be able to translate business objectives into actionable analysis
