As a Web3 Community Marketing Manager at BlockApps, you will be an expert on our products to properly market them and to inform customers of their value and benefits. Specifically, you will help build the companyâs Web3 community and develop appropriate engagement strategies that support current product goals. This position reports directly to the VP of Marketing.
Responsibilities:
Specific responsibilities include:
- Managing and growing BlockAppsâ Web3 community and onboarding new users and ensuring their continued success as community members
- Measuring and reporting on community engagement and sentiment and how your activities support revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of the Web3 market landscape, trends, competitor capabilities, and customer use cases
- Working closely with internal teams and our clientsâ product and marketing teams to write and disseminate critical information about feature updates and product launches to keep the community up-to-date on product activities
- Designing and scaling social media and online community channels (Twitter, Discord, etc.)
- Organizing and hosting online and in-person events to maintain and promote a vibrant community culture
- Building and maintaining a calendar of content, activities, and events to keep the ecosystem engaged
- Moderating, listening to, and engaging with community members, helping them with any support we can provide and instilling a sense of shared mission
- Measuring and reporting on community engagement and sentiment and how your activities support revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- 3+ yearsâ marketing experience at product-driven company, preferably at an early- stage software/SaaS business. Web3 experience is a huge plus.
- Excellent program/project management skills with ability to drive complex strategic and operational initiatives.
- Outstanding strategic thinker with a customer-centric mentality.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines, with acute attention to detail.
- An exceptional communicator, who can write, present, and effectively adjust messages to meet individual audiences and organizations.
- Ability to navigate, facilitate and influence across senior stakeholders to establish buy-in and agreement.
- Track record of driving transformation and partnering closely with cross-functional teams.
- BSc/MSc degree in Marketing or related field preferred.
