Role

We are seeking a skilled Community Growth Manager to enhance our presence, cultivate our community, and advance our objectives. This key position serves as the conduit between our organization and our engaged user base, spearheading community engagement and growth while maintaining our platforms as secure and thriving environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to expand our community presence across platforms such as Twitter, Discord, and Telegram.
• Moderate and manage our Discord server to ensure a secure environment, free from spammers and scammers.
• Actively engage with our community, responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and fostering a constructive atmosphere.
• Collaborate with the marketing team for coordinated announcements, AMAs, and other community events.
• Gather and analyze community feedback, relaying insights to appropriate teams for product improvement.
• Set and meet ambitious growth objectives, with a focus on significantly increasing user engagement.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in community management, preferably within the crypto or DeFi sector.
• Familiarity with managing and securing Discord servers and other community platforms.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to create engaging content.
• In-depth knowledge of the DeFi ecosystem and its unique community dynamics.
• Competence in multitasking, prioritizing, and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
