Reserve.org is a cryptocurrency project. We want money that doesn’t inflate like USD, but isn’t volatile like Bitcoin. We believe the global reserve currency should be an index of the world’s assets: stocks, bonds, gold, real estate, and more. That’s the ultimate purpose of the Reserve protocol, which lets anyone create a new currency backed 1:1 by a collection of tokenized assets.

ABC Labs contributes to the development of the Reserve protocol and helps to support and grow the Reserve ecosystem.

Who You Are

• You’re obsessed with social media and know IG, TikTok, and X/Twitter algorithms inside and out.
• You are  ahead of trends, memes, and viral moments and know how to make brands stand out.
• You have 2-4 years of experience running brand social accounts (crypto, fintech, or tech a plus).
• You are crypto-curious at a minimum, if not already a reply guy, deep in the trenches. 
• You’re creative, witty, and understand how to craft high-engagement content.
• Located in NY or CA

What You’ll Do

1. Manage & grow Reserve’s social media presence across X/Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Discord, and Telegram.
2. Develop and execute platform-specific strategies to maximize engagement and follower growth.
3. Ideate and launch viral content & campaigns that resonate with crypto and non-crypto audiences.
4. Track performance metrics and adjust strategies for continuous organic growth.
5. Engage with the community in a way that feels authentic, timely, and impactful.
6. Execute brand collabs with influencers and other crypto-native brands.
7. Stay on top of trends, algorithm updates, and best practices across all platforms.

Preferred Skills

• Experience managing and growing Discord & Telegram communities
• Proficiency in social media scheduling & analytics tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.)
• Strong copywriting, meme-crafting
• Basic video editing for TikTok & Reels
• Ability to create viral content and trend-jack effectively
• Familiarity with influencer marketing and brand collaborations
