Job Description:

A top and fast-growing cryptocurrency exchange is looking for talent to join its business operations team. The position will directly report to the manager of listing ops and be responsible for work related to listing, marketing, and business projects’ life cycle management.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Execute and manage operations of crypto assets, including, official announcements, asset introductions and analysis, online campaigns, and other marketing promotions, etc.
• Coordinate the full life cycle management of listed crypto assets through work closely with the project partners, including asset upgrades, forks, liquidity management, risk management, de-listings, and other forms of maintenance work.
• Work with internal teams (e.g., product, tech, business) to align plans, priorities, and timelines to facilitate each listing program.
• Recap and report on listing progress in aggregate and for each specific listing project.
• Research key sectors and companies in the crypto industry, identify critical shifts and evolving trends to provide intelligence for listing ops.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or other related majors.
• Strong project and program management skills.
• Solid analytical, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills: great listener with the ability to concisely synthesize complex issues. Ability to translate information effectively across the organization to compliance, legal, engineering, design, and more.
• An ongoing interest in blockchain and cryptocurrency or a strong desire to learn.
• English and Mandarin speaking.
