What You'll Be Doing

• Conceptualize, design, and brainstorm, solving complex design problems across multiple domains
• Work closely with all stakeholders in products’ research, discovery, development, launch life cycle
• Conduct extensive research to validate and improve user experience
• Work from wireframes and documentation and create low or high fidelity designs and prototypes
• Shape and lead the production process, including revising and preparing assets for delivery
• Design internal tools to support business, marketing, and engineering teams
• Own and evolve design systems for most efficient team collaboration, on designing flows, prototypes, sketches, and high fidelity visuals

What You Should Have

• A Bachelor’s degree in a design related field or working experience of the equivalent
• In-depth understanding of blockchain/crypto/fintech products
• 4+ years of experience working in-house shipping successful DeFi/FinTech/Saas products
• Strong problem solving skills and product thinking: care about why as equally as how
• Highly customer focused
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and organizational skills
• A portfolio of work that demonstrates your ability to create effective user-centered design solutions
• A high level of proficiency with industry standard design software (i.e Figma, Sketch, InVision, or other UI/UX related tools)
• Strong aesthetic skills - being able to create beautiful, elegant, high utility design artifacts
• Knowledge of latest UX trends, techniques, and technology
• Experience with front-end implementation (i.e. HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React)
