Hylo is seeking a highly motivated Senior Protocol Engineer to join our team on a contract basis. Subject to your performance and the company's fundraising milestones, this role may transition to a Founding Engineer position.

To be successful in this role

You will be:

• Building Hylo's core protocol in Rust (Anchor/Solana)
• Developing SDKs in Typescript
• Deploying microservices and bots to support protocol operations
• Validating Hylo's protocol and dApp with integration tests

You ideally have:

• 5+ years professional software development experience
• Prior work on DeFi protocols or other financial applications
• Proficiency with Rust and Typescript
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Bonus points:

• Experience with SDK development and integration testing techniques
• Familiarity with Anchor/Solana programming framework
• History of open source or hackathons in Solana or other ecosystems
