** business development leader

We are currently seeking a dynamic and talented Business Development sales leader. This person is an essential member of the our Leadership Team and is responsible for leading the Business Development and sales efforts of our web3 products & solutions.
in consultation with the COO, Chief Executive Officer and other Senior Management Staff, this position designs, develops, implements and directs the business development & sales strategic goals, philosophy, policies, procedures, and systems.

Oversees all of the Business Development Department and its team members and works in close conjunction with sales and marketing Intake. This position is responsible for reporting, analyzing and presenting current market data and trends and for recommending/implementing appropriate Business Development strategic plans. as well as establishing & building relationships.

Qualifications

Minimum Bachelor’s degree in related field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience.
At least 2 years’ experience in business development, sales, marketing, leadership in a maritime, logistics or technology b2b company setting
.
Three (3) years of management experience preferred.
Knowledge of web3, blockchain, nfts, artificial intelligence and youth and minor league sports .
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Valid Driver's license is required for this position.
