As a Community Manager you will take our community to the next level, both in terms of size and engagement. You will be the voice of Exponential with users, and the voice of users within Exponential. You will be the number 1 ambassador that helps us stay customer-obsessed.

• Onboard the next billion people into DeFi

• Build, grow and engage with the Exponential DeFi community end-to-end 

• Provide actionable insights and inform user needs internally

• Start with us from Day 1

Who you are

• You have 1-2 years of experience working in digital marketing and/or social media

• You have top-notch verbal and written communication skills in English

• You have grown communities in the past

• You understand market trends within crypto and/or DeFi (and the memes too) 

• You are analytical and can multitask

• Bonus points if you have a mid-to-high level of expertise within the crypto/NFT space
