The Role:

Autograph is exploring several opportunities in the live event space and working with a world-class, third-party event production company. These events will require an extraordinary amount of coordination across every function within our business, from partnerships and business affairs to marketing, technology and operations. This role will require an executive who can collaborate with those internal stakeholders on how to design, develop and operate extraordinary live events that will blow our community away. Our ideal candidate will have run major live events or have managed them on behalf of rights holders.

Responsibilities:

• Help conceive content and offerings connected to live events
• Define engagement strategies and goals for the event
• Manage the budget and event program plan
• Oversee a variety of partners to ensure a best-in-class experience for our community
• Collaborate across the organization internally to identify and solidify the Autograph perspective on event direction
• Communicate directions to partners running the event
• Manage partner approvals and operational milestones
• Help manage coordination with talent participating in the live events

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience managing and leading teams responsible for complex, high profile events
• Superior oral and written communication skills with a unmatched attention to detail
• Track record of inventing new event concepts and taking them from inception to implementation
• Manage organizations and multi-million-dollar event budgets
• Blended product management and event execution experience that will help define the vision for an event, influence senior leaders to support, and manage the team through execution

• Data driven and goal oriented
• Excellent interpersonal skills and professional behavior in dealing with people at all level

Preferred Qualifications:

• Entertainment and Technology industry experience
• Knowledge of NFT space
• Knowledge of blockchain and cryptocurrencies
