Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Run projects end-to-end, from conception to launch to continual engagement
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to execute on the successful launch of NFT programs
• Create NFT programs for brands designed to drive engagement and sales
• Lead product vision for brand programs driving community building across both the existing fan base of the brand/project and drive new customer acquisition to expand the community
• Design and execute experiments to drive engagement across the program
• Be obsessed with finding product market fit
• Be data-driven, scrappy, and agile
• Marry both company priorities and brand requirements

Requirements:

• 5+ years of Product Management experience
• Passion for web3 (prior experience preferred)
• Client-facing experience a must
• Ability to create dashboards and use metrics to drive decisions
• Excellent communication and presentation skills - verbal & written
• Team player and strong leader
• Thrives in a remote environment
