As a Growth & Product Marketing Specialist at Figment, you will help develop and curate the marketing strategy with our sales and business partners.. You will work within our marketing team to execute complete marketing campaigns for institutional partners, specifically in the crypto and finance sector.

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Work with our team to develop the story and strategy for our institutional customers.
  • Preparation and execution of marketing campaigns, sales material, and presentations
  • Ability to work with various partners and client marketing teams for sales driven results
  • Structure business cases and perform on-going monitoring of the implementation progress, performance metrics, data analysis, and ROAS.
  • Break down and communicate technical topics that can be readily understood by a targeted audience.
  • Communicate with clients on a regular basis, and share their needs with the team.
  • Write, proofread and/or edit strategic / integrated content for various long and short-form communications, sales documents, landing pages, and campaigns.
  • Execute on a content calendar to increase engagement, providing suggestions on how to enhance over the long-term.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of relevant product and services marketing experience
  • Experience in the financial, software, or crypto sector serving B2B or institutional clients.
  • Ability to work with multiple teams on marketing initiatives and multitask in a fast-paced environment while ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Knowledge of Crypto and blockchain ecosystems
  • Strong interpersonal skills with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Powerful storyteller: written, verbal, and visual
  • Experience in a data-driven role
