Your Mission
- Primary touchpoint for all institutional clients with expeditious and effective client service.
- Risk manage a complicated and diverse portfolio of lending/trading positions.
- Make real-time trading decisions based on systematic signals.
- Maintain relationships with a broad set of voice-based liquidity takers and makers.
- Help expand trading team capacity by responding to flow, communicating with cross-team partners.
- Work with research to backtest and develop new trading strategies.
- Continually seeks to improve the desk's systems, procedures and the teamâs investment process.
- Produce market color and commentary.
Your expertise
- Bachelors or higher degree in computer science, statistics, applied mathematics, engineering, or other quantitative discipline.
- Years of experience actively trading: 1 - 3 years.
- Asks insightful questions to continually learn about market dynamics, pricing procedures & client relationships.
- Demonstrate a positive track record of PnL and Sharpe.
- Broader experience in cross-asset trading experience.
- Experience in non-linear products: vanilla and exotics, volatility, correlation.
- Solid foundation of understanding the Macroeconomic environment with a focus to global Emerging Markets.
- Programming/Tech qualifications; for example: R, Excel, VBA, Matlab, Java, Python or C++
- Passionate about crypto
