Job Qualifications
- Proficient in Figma, FigJam, and Jira.
- Experienced with Cryptocurrency, blockchain, DeFi, and NFTs.
- Strong understanding of web development best practices and UI/UX principles.
- Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities.
UX Design Skills:
- Expertise in solving unique UX problems quickly through iterative design processes.
- Ability to conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
- Skilled in creating user personas, journey maps, and flow diagrams to enhance user experiences.
UI Design Skills:
- Adept at translating user stories and product requirements into wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes.
- Capable of creating beautiful, functional designs that reflect our brand.
- Proficient in developing and maintaining a consistent visual language across all platforms.
- Experience in designing for various devices and screen sizes, ensuring a seamless user experience.
Design Systems Management:
- Proven experience in building and maintaining comprehensive design systems in Figma.
- Skilled in defining and documenting design guidelines, components, and patterns.
