Responsibilities

• Build analytical models to simulate and investigate DeFi investment portfolio strategies, providing decision support to portfolio managers
• Monitor metrics and produce regular reports related to investment positions and portfolio performance, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and reasonableness; able to flag to the relevant teammates to investigate any data gaps, errors, or deviation from expected levels
• Oversee, document, and update as needed operational processes & SLAs in the investment lifecycle
• Work with various teams to implement operational processes & SLAs
• Develop, prepare (and present if needed) regular reports on the status of investment operations, including roadblocks and proposed solutions as appropriate, for portfolio managers and senior management
• Contribute to the automation of reporting processes as needed
• Perform other ad-hoc duties related to portfolio analytics and investment operations

• Demonstrated interest in DeFi
• 1-2 years of experience in financial services and/or investment function
• Work experience in FinTech, blockchain, and/or crypto-asset operations and reporting would be an advantage
• Strong academic credentials: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with engineering, mathematics, finance, accounting, or statistics background
• Relevant qualifications such as CFA, FRM, CAIA, or demonstrated progress towards the qualifications would be an advantage
• Proficient in financial modeling and analytics tools such as Excel, SQL, and/or Python
• Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
• Good with numbers, strong attention to detail
