We are looking for an enthusiastic "Senior Payroll & Personnel Affairs Specialistā€ who is ready to take on new opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
*Conduct payroll and personnel administration processes, ensuring full compliance with applicable laws and company policies, oversee payroll company’s activities
*Execute overall HR operations to create a smooth and seamless employee experience.
*Work closely with internal teams to address payroll and personnel-related inquiries, providing effective solutions.
*Stay current with updates and changes in labor laws and regulations to ensure ongoing compliance.

Qualifications:
*A bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
*At least 5+ years of experience in payroll and personnel affairs,
*Experience in managing HR documentation, including creating employee contracts, addendums, orders, policies, applications, and more.
*In-depth understanding of HR processes, particularly payroll, time management, and personnel administration.
*Strong proficiency with HRIS tools.
*Knowledgeable in labor law compliance and payroll systems.
*Good knowledge in English.
*Highly detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and organizational abilities.
