Backend Senior SWE with Solidity
What You'll Be Doing
- Collaborate with other engineers and teams to implement new features, improvements and fixes to the RIF Gateway and other technologies that serve as a bridge between Rootstock connected wallets and the whole ecosystem of DeFi Providers and Partners.
- Work with your team to make the Rootstock RIF Gateway and protocols more secure and robust, enabling it to securely aggregate DeFi Provider services and integrate Smart Wallets.
- Help with design and code reviews. Ensure good engineering practices are being applied.
- Learn about blockchain, crypto, Ethereum and Bitcoin, working on one of the most exciting open-source projects in the blockchain industry.
- Collaborate with people all over the world.
What You Bring to the Table
- Have advanced knowledge and proven experience working as a Senior Software Engineer. Backend expertise preferable.
- Have experience working with compiled languages such as C/C++, Java, Golang, etc.
- Have a deep understanding of complex algorithms and design patterns.
- Advance knowledge and experience with data structures.
- Have experience working in large high availability environments.
- Able to produce clean, scalable code. Knowledge of agile methodologies.
- Have knowledge in Solidity and smart contracts development (not mandatory).
- Have experience working on technological challenging projects.
- Bring the right attitude to the team: ownership, accountability, attention to detail.
- Have knowledge about Bitcoin or Ethereum (not mandatory).
- Place a high value on security.
- Possess an advanced English language proficiency.
