What Youâll Be Doing
- Process payment requests, include but not limit to vendor payment and reimbursement etc.
- Involved in policy, SOP and other documents preparation
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure all documents are in order for payment/accounting processing and issues
- Assist in system maintenance, including solving usersâ questions and system enhancement etc.
- Provide clerical/administrative support as assigned by supervisors
- Assist in accounting schedules and reporting
- Act as back-up of other team members when required
- Handle any other job duties or ad-hoc projects when necessary
What We Look For In You
- Degree holder in Finance and Accounting or related discipline
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Detail-minded, multi-tasking, responsible and willing to learn
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a can-do attitude
- Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
- Proficient PC knowledge in MS Office and Chinese typing
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
