Let’s go!Your Mission   As our Treasury Specialist, your mission is to play a pivotal role in our expanding Treasury operations by leveraging your expertise in Asset and Liabilities Management (ALM). Through your dedication and analytical acumen, you will contribute to the seamless execution of our daily reconciliation processes and support the overall growth and success of our organisation.   What you’ll do:

Collaborate directly with the Asset and Liability Management (ALM) team, executing precise reconciliation of intricate ALM positions. Lead cross-functional projects to refine and enhance the ALM product setup, with a clear focus on increasing product-level profitability and alignment with funding strategies. Ensure timely delivery of ALM reports with a focus on generating insights and the continuous enhancement of the existing ALM reporting framework. Provide integral support for the day-to-day operations encompassing the management and analysis of our crypto asset-liability position, quantifying the risk position and building effective monitoring frameworks. Enhance the risk management framework focusing on market and liquidity risk with the integration of robust risk metrics and limits.

  Who you are:

Display a comprehensive understanding of Financial Markets, Risk Management, and various investment instruments including leveraged products, showcasing your aptitude for navigating complex financial landscapes. The ideal candidate possesses 2-3 years of experience in Treasury or Risk Management. Interest in blockchain technologies is considered a strong plus. Exhibit the capability to work autonomously, showcasing exceptional analytical prowess, effective problem-solving abilities, and strong interpersonal skills that enable seamless collaboration. Demonstrate outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, which are vital for conveying intricate financial concepts clearly and succinctly. You have a good understanding and regular use of SQL with a focus on working with large data sets. Python knowledge is considered a strong plus.
