Lead Developer – NFT Las Vegas™ Distribution Label

NFT Las Vegas is building the next frontier of decentralized technology, artificial intelligence, and digital governance — and we’re looking for a brilliant Lead Developer to join our core team and help us build the tools that will shape the future.

In this role, you’ll lead full-stack development across a variety of innovative platforms, including:

• Responsive website builds and UI/UX implementation
• Scalable cloud infrastructure and deployment pipelines
• Decentralized systems and blockchain-backed voting frameworks
• AI-integrated platforms that bridge community input and real-world policy impact

You’ll collaborate directly with our founding team, have a voice in shaping project architecture, and play a vital role in building transformative solutions.

• Lead technical development on NFT Las Vegas projects including DApps, Web3 infrastructure, and AI-powered platforms
• Translate product requirements and client needs into scalable, maintainable software solutions
• Collaborate closely with the founder and strategic partners to define development roadmaps
• Oversee code quality, version control, and deployment workflows
• Guide and mentor junior developers or contractors as the team scales
• Participate in architecture planning and decisions across front-end and back-end systems

• Proven experience building and launching Web3 or AI-based products
• Proficiency in at least one blockchain development environment (Solidity, Rust, Web3.js, ethers.js, etc.)
• Strong understanding of smart contracts, DAO structures, and decentralized governance
• Familiarity with front-end frameworks like React.js or Next.js
• Comfortable working in fast-paced startup environments and wearing multiple hats
• Based in Las Vegas or surrounding areas (must be available for in-person collaboration when needed)

• Experience integrating LLMs or AI tools into web platforms
• Passion for crypto policy, ethics, and decentralization
• Interest in mentoring or teaching student developers through our UNLV NFT initiative
• Prior freelance or startup experience — self-starters thrive here!
