Role Overview
As the Head of Business Development, you will take charge of crafting and executing strategies to establish and grow partnerships across traditional industries, AI-focused sectors, and Web3 ecosystems. This is a performance-focused, sales-incentivised role where your ability to deliver measurable results will directly impact our growth. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with FLockâs overarching mission to democratise AI development.
Key Responsibilities
⢠AI Industry Focus: Build strategic alliances within the AI industry, targeting key players and organisations to establish FLock as a leading decentralised AI platform.
⢠Strategic Partnerships: Drive partnerships across traditional industries (e.g., healthcare, finance, energy) and Web3 ecosystems, fostering adoption of FLockâs technologies.
⢠Sales and Incentives: Achieve and exceed business development and revenue targets, with compensation tied to measurable performance outcomes.
⢠Market Strategy: Identify market trends, partnership opportunities, and growth channels in both AI and Web3 sectors, informing FLockâs long-term business strategy.
⢠Event Representation: Represent FLock at conferences, summits, and industry events, establishing the company as a thought leader in decentralised AI and blockchain.
⢠Proposal Development: Create and present tailored business proposals, clearly articulating FLockâs value proposition to diverse stakeholders.
⢠Collaboration Building: Work with internal teams to integrate partner solutions seamlessly into FLockâs platform and ecosystem.
Key Qualifications
⢠Extensive experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, particularly in the AI and blockchain/Web3 industries.
⢠A proven track record of securing impactful partnerships across traditional and emerging industries.
⢠Deep understanding of AI, federated learning, and blockchain technology, with the ability to navigate both technical and non-technical conversations.
⢠A strong network within the AI industry, traditional enterprises, and Web3 ecosystems.
⢠Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to craft tailored and compelling business proposals.
⢠A self-starter with a results-driven approach, thriving in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
⢠Demonstrated ability to succeed in a highly incentivised sales role.
