Strategic Development:

Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy for the APAC region, focusing on market penetration and revenue growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, and Customer Success) to align on goals and support community needs. Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and competitive landscape to inform strategy and drive continuous improvement.

Networking and Relationship Building:

Leverage your existing network and actively build new relationships with key stakeholders, including community leaders, industry influencers, and partners. Represent Common at industry events, conferences, and other networking opportunities to raise brand awareness and generate leads.

Reporting and Analysis:

Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities and community performance. Provide regular updates to senior management on progress, challenges, and strategic recommendations.

About you:

Minimum 3 years of experience in tech sales, business development, or a similar role within a startup, banking, or venture capital environment. Proven track record of successfully driving sales and onboarding new clients or communities, preferably within the APAC region. Strong existing crypto native network in the APAC region, with the ability to quickly establish new relationships and partnerships. Self-starter with the ability to work independently and make informed decisions with minimal supervision. Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
