About the Role
We are looking for a technically savvy Business Development & Partnerships Lead who will play an integral part in the growth and expansion of Fuze’s solution across the EMEA region. You will be responsible for building new as well as growing Fuze’s existing businesses to accelerate growth across global markets
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Serve as an internal leader to drive initiatives, campaigns, and development of promotions
- Identify potential growth strategies and services for existing and prospective products and partnerships
- Work cross-functionally with teams to help build out product pipelines and launch strategies
- Conduct competitive analyses and continuous research on Injective’s business topics and market
- Foster new and old relationships with partners and community leaders
- Keep track of key launches and news in the crypto eco-system and proactively identify cooperation and business development opportunities
- Execute a structured business development process and work with the teams to further improve operational efficiency (e.g. CRM, the effectiveness of campaigns, etc)
About You
- Experience in both traditional financial and digital assets services from high-performing teams.
- 3+ sales experience in payments/fintech / crypto/banking, working with institutional clients
- Experience in business development, partnerships or any client-facing role (B2B sales, investment banking, etc)
- Experience delivering business results - be ready to talk about numbers/quota achievement, etc
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; the role is more around providing education to counterparties about our services rather than a standard sales pitch. Therefore it’s important to come across as convincing, concise, precise, and a good listener whilst also being clear on the next steps as well as ensuring timely follow-ups.
- Trading knowledge or crypto knowledge - is a strong advantage; willingness, aptitude, and curiosity to understand the fundamentals of blockchain technologies, algorithmic trading, and Liquidity provision is crucial
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to identify, pursue, and close complex partnerships
- Should have excellent interpersonal skills, a high level of personal initiative, and the ability to work well in a distributed, multicultural, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to unravel complex issues and devise solutions
- Solid proficiency in Microsoft Office and other financial planning software
