Job description
E36 Knots is working actively on the development of [REDACTED], a restaking protocol that will help bootstrap the cryptoeconomic security of Sovereign Networks and interconnect them seamlessly.
As a mostly technical team, we are looking for an experienced, crypto-native Business Development Lead to assist us in structuring our sales pipeline and outbound/inbound lead strategies, building and maintaining strong strategic partnerships within the ecosystem, and amplifying our presence online. Experience in marketing is also strongly appreciated.

We assist teams from the development phase to mainnet deployment and beyond, helping secure and decentralize sovereign networks. Founded in 2023, it is positioned at the forefront of innovation in the Avalanche ecosystem, being one of the main external contributors to its code base.

What you will do
- Define and develop the sales pipeline and outbound/inbound lead strategies for existing/upcoming products and services
- Own the early and middle stages of the sales process, with a strong instinct for closing
- Identify and target potential customers across the industry
- Assist and coach co-founders in communications with prospective clients and partners
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
- Help to shape [REDACTED] protocol image and branding to maximize success
What makes you a good fit
- You have 2+ years of crypto/DeFi native business development, partnerships, or governance experience
- You demonstrate an understanding of the DeFi landscape and emerging trends
- You demonstrate experience in structuring and negotiating partnership agreements
- You can operate autonomously and are self-motivated, with a proactive approach to achieving targets
What you will bring
- Excellent knowledge of CRM/marketing platforms (HubSpot or equivalent)
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
- Existing crypto-native network
- Good knowledge and understanding of Web3 infrastructure protocols
- Professional level of English (a good level of French is appreciated)
